By registering and using Clip the Pic services, you acknowledge that you are of legal age, have provided true information, and are fully authorized to sign on behalf of any entity requesting the service.
In general, Clip the Pic uses your personal information to improve our services and offer more effective customer support. Your details may be stored and processed in secure facilities. By using our services, you consent to such data processing. We abide by applicable international frameworks regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information.
We will not disclose your personal information outside Clip the Pic and its controlled subsidiaries without your consent, except as described here. We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling support, hosting websites, or billing. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We may access and/or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Clip the Pic; or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users.
Clip the Pic uses advanced security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. Your details are stored on computer systems with limited access in controlled facilities, and payment data is protected with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
Your password helps protect your accounts and personal information. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share it with anyone, and ensure you log out before leaving the site.
New users are eligible to submit up to 5 images for free editing to evaluate our 100% manual precision and standard turnaround times. No credit card or upfront payment is required to initiate the trial, and all files remain strictly confidential within your secure dashboard.
If you approve of the delivered edits, you can download the high-resolution files directly from your dashboard at zero cost. You may then easily upgrade to a Pay-As-You-Go workflow or request a Corporate account to continue submitting regular production batches.
If the initial edits do not perfectly match your provided instructions, you are entitled to request unlimited revisions. If the finalized result still does not meet your quality standards after revision, you are under absolutely no obligation to continue using the service. We part ways as friends, completely risk-free.
Clip the Pic operates on a Pay-As-You-Go model. Quotes are generated manually based on image complexity and approved by the customer prior to production. Payment is required in full (USD) before edited files are released, except for approved Corporate accounts on Net-15 or Net-30 terms.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Company management. We provide unlimited revisions on every job. If we fail to meet technical requirements after revisions, we will provide a full refund of the USD amount paid for that specific image as per our Satisfaction Guarantee.
